Hi,

I would like to pose a civics question to the grassroots: what is the difference between the US government based on the Constitution compared to the way in which it was structured under the Articles of Confederation?

I always hear people say RP is less a strict constitutionalist and more an Articles of Confederation kind of guy; how does this suggestion contain merit? Is it simply an insinuation that Congressman Paul is an anachronism? Admittedly, I am unknowledgeable on the Articles of Confederation, overall.

Any input would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Omphfullas Zamboni

Majority votes for laws, instead of super majority, and the commerce clause. Also, there is no executive or judicial branches in the Articles of Confederation, while there is in the Constitution.
