View Full Version : Straw Poll In Minnesota Tomorrow (wednesday, August 22)

This is high priority since we just got word of this only days ago. We need people from Minnesota, the Dakotas, Wisconsin, Iowa and other states to help us with this. It would be last minute, but a HUGE help.

There is a straw poll in St. Paul, Minnesota and we are going to be down there with signs, shirts, materials and a booth, but we also need more bodies.

what time does the straw poll close? i wouldn't be able to make it there until 6:30 or 7:00... and $100 per ticket? ouch.

Wow, $100 per ticket.
But $50 per ticket for those under 25?
Do you all have some RP students setup to go? Local Universities?

I live only 10 miles from St. Paul. We have l a couple of meet ups here in MN so we need to email them. But a 100 dollars will be a tuff pill to swallow. Will this be @ the state fair?

The event is at the River Centre in downtown St. Paul.

If you can't swing the ridiculous $100 ticket, PLEASE come down and wave signs with us!

We're meeting at the Liberty Center (see the MN Meetup calendar) at 4:15 to carpool over (so we don't all have to pay parking), and then Corey is meeting there again at 5:45 to carpool over with any latecomers.

Otherwise, just show up at the River Center with a RP tshirt on your back and a sign in your hand. If you don't have a sign, we'll have a few extras. And I'll bring a few of the $4 tshirts.
