it loaded in windows media player for me, i dont have a copy of realplayer on this computer -- though maybe your on a mac

Actually, the poor quality is kind of cool. It's like listening to a shortwave broadcast from behind the Iron Curtain. Or listening to a Roosevelt fireside chat.
