I will be presenting for about 40 minutes at the start of this event on the Economic Crisis. I have outlined my presentation here (http://www.runtogold.com/Run_To_Gold/Run_To_Gold_Blog/Entries/2008/4/26_51st_Congressional_District_Presentation.html). Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

THE SAN DIEGO RON PAUL MEETUP GROUP

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 4/1/2008

Multi-Party Debate/Open Forum for the Candidates
51st Congressional and 78th & 79th State Assembly Districts

This is a free and open to the public event April 26, 2008 from 11:00am – 5:00pm at the Chula Vista Library Auditorium, 365 “F” Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910. This is an opportunity to get to know the candidates and during the open forum, the audience has a chance to engage the candidates on issues not addressed during the debate.

Each of the major political parties; Democrat, Green Libertarian and Republican, will be represented in a panel format with a neutral moderator. For the congressional portion of the debate, each member of the panel will be able to present 10-12 questions from three topics; domestic, economic and foreign policy. This is a chance for the public to not only hear what their prospective representatives have to say on these issues, but to participate after the panel discussion directing their questions to the candidates.

For more information about this event, or to have your group or association represented on the panel, contact: Marcus Rivchin, 619-867-3480 or email him at mrivchin@yahoo.com. Those interested in information about the San Diego Ron Paul Meetup Group visit, http://ronpaul.meetup.com/93/

I am not sure as I don't follow it very closely and have been traveling a lot lately. The Congressional candidates should all be there from the GOP, DEM, Green and LP (Mike Beniot).

Should be a pretty good sized event.
