Pay taxes in different forms?

Could I pay all other taxes I owe (property [improvements] and income) through a single value tax? The government won't lose a cent, but it will at least make a statement of what taxes I agree with. If I could, I would include sales tax.

I'd prefer a variable sales tax with the gov't we have... ~10% for food, 25% for gas (roads), 15% for entertainment etc. and leave taxes at that.

We'd need to end many of the damaging departments first though...


Ideally, everything would be voluntarily funded but...... Not happening.
