The Senate unanimously passed landmark legislation today that would outlaw discrimination by health insurance companies and employers because a person’s genes raise their risk of breast cancer, Alzheimer’s disease or any ailment that has a hereditary component.

Now just try to convince a jury the insurance company discriminated based on the genetic makeup of somebody. It's like losing a job because you are of another race... they just claim they dismissed that person for another reason.
