*EDIT*
There will be many buses available to you to drive you to DC. There will also be many people following the Ronvoys (convoy) with extra seating. If you want to take a bus from one of the MANY sites buses will leave from then join your local meetup because they might have valuable information. You can also start here http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1881/ - This meetup is brought to you by http://revolutionmarch.com . This meetup hosts a lot of the bus / travel information. Worried about sleeping? ---- its all inside.

"I can't make it to DC I don't have a car, or my car is broke etc etc"

Post your location and details you wish to share.

If your a willing person to pick someone up along the way post what states you will be traveling through etc etc.

I've done this for many events before, please if your thinking about picking someone up but are shy .. there is nothing wrong with that we are all Paul supporters here talk to the person and see if you trust them enough.

If you want to go but are scared to ask, there is no harm in asking! Just help split the costs for traveling and make sure you meet up at the exact time when your expected to leave. I suggest finding your own places to stay unless otherwise talked about because lets face it... some of us would feel a little uncomfortable sleeping next to a stranger.

Make sure you know the persons name, anyone picking up someone or getting picked up should voluntarily with out being asked show their ID to verify who you are and make sure people know the other person name and when you'll be back. (If you don't care then you don't care)

I'm driving a big van/ bus / camper and I want to pick up supporters on the way. or maybe your meetup is pitching in to get a bus down and back and you might be able to pick up people on the way etc etc.

Main idea if you got space and want to share, let people know here. If you want to go but need help, let us know.

I may be able to pick someone up depending on who and what I bring... I'm leaving from St. Louis MO. and taking highway 70 through Illinois -> Indiana -> Ohio, to highway South 79 in Pennsylvania, to highway 68 in West Virgina, then back to 70 in Maryland to DC then I can drop you off where you need.

I am in the planning stages of organizing a convoy/caravan from the west coast. The areas I am organizing for are throughout Arizona and southern California (San Diego, Los Angeles, even Las Vegas, etc)

I am in the process of recruiting assistant organizers and figuring out the best route possible. The starting point for the trip will start in Glendale, AZ (northern tip of Phoenix)and depending on where the demand is...our route will be through the southern part of New Mexico, west Texas, east Texas. then up through Arkansas, Tennessee, etc. The other route could possibly be up through flagstaff, az, Albuquerque, NM, Oklahoma City, etc. We have not specified what interstates or highways we will be traveling just yet.

We are working on contacting other meet up groups throughout the route who have land or access to someone else's land who will allow camping and RVs. We will also be looking into some volunteers perhaps opening up mess halls in order to feed supporters traveling through certain towns. This is all in the planning stage...but if you are interested, want to help, or have any ideas please contact me here, or email me at v.calaway@gmail.com :)

I am in helping in revolutionmarch.com's travel committee for the southern caravan. Nothing is set in stone as of yet. There is a rough draft as far as routes go...but there are still alot of details that need to be worked out. Sit tight. PM me your email addy and I will show you the unofficial route susan has planned for those of us in AZ.

We've been in touch, you have my address. I guess if you are working with the travel committee then everything is under control. I put up a mention to the caravan on the website. Great work!

My husband and I would love a ride. We are in New Orleans. We have no problem sharing expenses and my husband does hold a up to date DL. He would be happy to help drive as he knows the route from here to D.C. well!(as long as it is automatic)
