I just got a political survey call from the Michigan GOP, here is how it went:

Lady: On a scale of 0 to 100 how likely are you to participate in the primary elections for the Republican party?

me: 100

Lady: Which candidate are you most likely to support; John McCain, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, or Fred Thompson?

me: Ron Paul

Lady: Who?

me: Ron Paul...he's a...Republican candidate...

Lady: Rod Paul?

me: no, Ron Paul

Lady: O...K? Do you have a second choice?

me: No, I have no second choice

Lady: Is there anyone who you would definitely NOT vote for?

me: Yes, all the one you just mentioned.

Lady: Ok, thank you have a nice day.

So I guess you're "undecided".

You do know that the campaigns pay for the polls, right? It is how they get their intel and press fodder.

Ron Paul campaign needs to sponsor its own poll (both old landline and random sample email polls)

Has anyone ever done their own poll and see how it goes?
