Governor just signed SB46 to allow full auto, suppressors, and SBS! They have been outlawed since the 30's, but no more! That Brady Bunch score just got knocked lower!

Hopefully with a positive SCOTUS ruling we can start to eliminate those unconstitutional federal regulations too.

congratulations! Can you make the next order of business to get better CCW reciprocity so that West coast CCWs can drive across your state to get to the East Coast? :)

Unfortunately that is entirely up to the Attorney General. I would personally like to see reciprocity of non-resident, out of state permits. It was that way for 3 days until we got a new AG. Fortunately that AG is now gone (sex scandal) and the newest one may be more friendly. Reciprocity is dependent on training requirements. If the state does not have a live fire requirement or 21 age limit then it will take a modification of law to change it. KS recognizes a minimum of the same training requirements.

Yes, this is great news but it reminds us how many of our liberties we've lost.

Full autos are STILL TOTALLY ILLEGAL if they're new and/or not registered with the federal tyranny.

This reminds us we still have a lot of work to do.

Passing around old full autos and paying our captors $200 every time we do it does not help the 2nd amendment in my opinion.

If you live in KS, I hope you all go and get suppressors though
