WTF?

Two sets of confidential blueprints for the planned Freedom Tower, which is set to rise at Ground Zero, were carelessly dumped in a city garbage can on the corner of West Houston and Sullivan streets, The Post has learned.

Experts said the detailed, floor-by-floor schematics contain enough detail for terrorists to plot a devastating attack.

"Secure Document - Confidential," warns the title page on each of the two copies of the 150-page schematic that a homeless, recovering drug addict discovered in the public trash can.

One of the identical sets was missing the first 14 pages, which is particularly alarming.

It wouldn't happen accidentally. They want an explanation available if they decide to conduct another insurance claim project. Darn it, the plans were carelessly handled by underpaid government workers and darnit the plans must have fallen into the wrong hands. What bad luck. If only the American people were more strictly controlled this never would have happened.

Don't worry just the new freedom tower.

This is why I am less inclined to believe a conspiracy and believe more in dumb luck, incompetence, mistakes, human nature for some of these major events like the WTC attack.

Even cooincidences can happen.
