Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) today introduced his briefly anticipated marijuana decriminalization bill. Dubbed the Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults Act of 2008, it would eliminate federal criminal penalties for possession of up to 100 grams (about three and a half ounces) of marijuana and the nonprofit transfer of up to an ounce. This is similar to the change recommended by the Nixon-appointed National Commission on Marihuana and Drug Abuse (a.k.a. the Shafer Commission) 36 years ago.

Is there a forum section where all of Paul's legislation is listed, so we can contact our Congressional reps and urge them to support Paul's bills?

Go Frank!

This is interesting, as he just partnered with RP on the internet gambling bill.

Is MSM burying this?

This is a controversial bill and subject. The majority of Americans would support it according to every poll out there.

Frank is a highly visible Democrat and Paul is a Republican candidate for POTUS introducing a 4:20 bill and its not on the front page of every MSM website? I couldn't find it on CNN or Fox

Come on. Not that I guess I'm that surprised considering the black-out with Paul in general, but this is a topic that needs to be addressed and their ignoring it is just more fuel to the fire of outrage at their manipulation of what Americans see and hear.

The DEA, ATF, FBI, US Customs, US Marshall offices will all be fighting this one... they need something to justify their double digit budget increases!

It will be Interesting to see what Lobbyists, Special Interest, Unions, etc move on this BILL.

Also, what NEOCONS freak on the floor...

Is MSM burying this?

So it would seem. Apparently the Pharmaceutical Lobby doesn't want us to know what our legislature is doing in this case.

Not a chance in hell this passes....not a chance in hell.

That's true, and by implication, our government is hell.
