Thought this would be of interest to at least some RP Supporters, or at least college students.
In PA (especially NEPA) there has been a decline in physicians.
The Commonwealth Medical College is said to be opening for the Fall of 2009 (the President will be at our college talking to the Pre-Med/Biology majors this Thursday).

The college will serve those is he areas of Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and Williamsport.
