Has anyone received their "The Revolution: A Manifesto" yet?

According to Lew Rockwell, It is shipping now from Amazon. I haven't received my 3 copies yet! Has anyone else?

You guys missed the other thread. You can cancel on Amazon- they haven't charged you yet- then order and Barnes and Noble who are shipping NOW. ;) Or you can keep your Amazon order and still order from B & N.
