americas union and asia union appears to be some piddling interest group, the sites are owned by a bookstore in australia (what the hell?)
the oas is the colonial office of the united states in central and south america. it exists to give money to pro-us governments and occasionally overthrow anti-us governments. it is by no means a state or state-like entity.
the european union constitution was rejected because it made the eu too much into a state like entity and because of general disdain for its neoliberal economic concepts.
the pacific union is one of many masturbatory intergovernmental organizations whose scope is yearly meetings and resolutions and a couple think tanks.
