Hmm, I don't know about that.

Maybe if you took all the congress members in the last 100 years or whatever you'd get this. But some of those crimes like drug charges and drunk driving are felonies. You can lose your right to vote for that. I am not sure of the rules, but most likely you couldn't hold a public office either.
