If the authorities so to speak can manipulate weather as stated, god only knows what else they throw into the atmosphere.

How is the Poison Control Center supposed to get calls about barium exposure? I mean, do most people have bowls sitting around collecting water so they can send it off to be tested? How many people have any idea what barium does? And it was only up until 9 years ago that the govt could test chemicals on us?

Symptoms of barium toxicity would be immediate. There are no long term effects to it, as it doesn't accumulate in your body.

Symptoms of barium toxicity would be muscle stimulation followed by nervous system problems, like temporary heart problems, weakness, anxiety or paralysis. These effects should only be temporary, but if you experience higher level ones, you should see a doctor. If it occurs after one of those types of incidents, you should suggest to him that it may be barium toxicity.

Maybe they didn't do one out of embarrassment? Who knows.

The article doesn't say what the bowl was made of.. that's kind of important since it's not uncommon to find pottery made in 3rd world countries *cough*China*cough* that will leach out high levels of lead, barium, etc. I just point this out so that if you're thinking of doing your own test you try collecting the water in several different containers (metal, glass, plastic) and also send a couple of samples of tap water along just for kicks. Send to two different labs...

Also.. if the barium levels in the rain water were normal but the bowl was left out in the sun for a few days/weeks of rain/sun then some of the water would evaporate creating increasing levels of barium in the water.

And.. if the rain had barium levels that were that high then the local reservoirs that are fed by rain water would also show those high levels and the drinking water would be affected?

Given the crap that comes out of China I would not be shocked.

Cloud seeding is something which has gone on for at least 50 years. Generally a salt such as silver iodide or ammonium sulfate is used. During the 1970s, parts of the Rocky Mountains tried using cloud seeding to increase the snowfall at ski resorts, but the farmers in the plains states complained that it was taking water out of the air that would have come down for them.

Barium has been used to try to study plasma ionization in the upper atmosphere and causes effects like the Northern Lights.

I should really start leaving jars of water outside.

Yesterday, every plane I that saw had a trail that eventually disappeared. Today, the weather was about the same as yesterday but the majority of the trails that I saw lingered and eventually turned into thin linear clouds. I'd be real curious to see what Jim Forsythe has to say about this, since he's been in the air force, and we live in the same small state.

How long they last depends on temperature, humidity, and winds at the altitude the plane is flying. That is often quite different from ground conditions.

If the weather down here was identical two days in a row, I don't imagine the weather up there would have been much different day to day.

I noticed that a lot of neocons tend to have end time fantasies in which they play a pivotal role. Do ya'll think think they are deliberately trying to push the conditions of weather, wars, and global infrastructure in general to fit the scenario? Are they trying to self fulfill prophecy?

Yes.

Of course not. That's how our modified "free press" works. Anything can get printed (or broadcast) once.

Then after it disappears, people just assume that:

1. they missed the followup
2. someone's "looking into it"
3. it must have been nothing, because they haven't heard any more about it.

Repetion is the key to propaganda.

People probably don't generally get tested for Barium exposure....maybe we should?! weird post and thanks for the documentation....that is the difference between conspiracy and real questions that have data.
