I received a call today from the Business Advisory Council, which is affiliated with the National Republican Congressional Committee.

As a business owner, they want me to join the council. I'm not sure I want to wine and dine with a bunch of neocons, but it could be a good outlet for discussion, as they do want input form business owners. :)

Welcome to the Business Advisory Council

What is the Business Advisory Council?
The Business Advisory Council is a small, prestigious group of conservative businessmen and women, who have joined with the NRCC to advocate a progressive, conservative, pro-business agenda. The Business Advisory Council allows for these individuals to pool their expertise and know-how to bring some common business sense to Washington.

The Business Advisory Council functions independently from any other organization within the NRCC, but will have direct reporting lines to Chairman Tom Cole and other party leaders.

Thanks for any insight anyone might be able to provide.
