The goucher college announcement says that he's giving a speech and then doing the book signing, and that tickets are required and sold out. It is unclear whether you must have a ticket to go to the book signing. Anyone know?

The book signing is being held in a different venue, so I suspect that part of the night's proceedings would be open to the general public.
