For those not familiar with Freedom's Phoenix it is Ernest Hancock's news blog which has been a strong supporter of Ron Paul and other libertarian causes.
For those not familiar with Ernest Hancock, he is the creator of the now famous R3volUTION banners and has worked tirelessly in support of Ron Paul.

This article on his site:
http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/Feature-Article.htm?InfoNo=032165&From=News

goes into detail on what is wrong with many of the top LP Presidential candidates, and also explains why Dr Mary J. Ruwart is the best choice for the LP's Presidential nomination.

Please take the time to check it out, especially if your considering supporting Bob Barr or Gravel or any other LP choices.

Mary Ruwart won't do anything to expand the LP. We need a moderate this year.

Barr is the only libertarian who stands a chance of getting more than the roughly 400,000-500,000 votes the party usually manages in Presidential elections.

I've been a big Mary Ruwart fan for a while now. Barr would be great if he could get all those votes and still adhere strictly to principles, but i dont know enough about him to know if he really believes in individual rights. Mary Ruwart is a great spokesperson for the cause and would get my vote for sure if Dr. P is out.

There are some total clowns in the Libertarian Party, and there are some respectable people. I am not very familiar with this person, but she seems respectable.

Wow, what an accomplishment! ha. Why doesn't she try to win at least a seat in congress? Why do people run for POTUS when they can't even win a lesser seat?
