Guys,

The Republican Party of Kentucky has continued to make it difficult for Ron Paul supporters to become delegates to the district and state conventions. They blatantly violated their rules at the McCracken County Mass Convention as well as many other conventions throughout the state of Kentucky.

During the McCracken County Mass Convention (which can be viewed at http://youtube.com/watch?v=M59N1DKtFpI) the county GOP failed to seat the correct number of delegates (46) and only sat 44. This despite the fact that Pat Brian and Dave Roberson both asked to be counted as delegates. This is a gross violation of their rules. Also during the convention they denied a request for division (or a standing count of the vote) by voting it down. According to Robert’s Rules of Order a call for division cannot be voted down.

We have tried to appeal their violations as stated in the Republican Party of Kentucky Rule book, but they have ignored our appeal by refusing to hold the proper hearings.
Their refusal has forced us to call for further action. We must directly contact members of the Kentucky Republican Party and demand they follow their rules.

Call First Congressional District Chairman Russ Randell and demand he hold the McCracken County Republican Party accountable for their action. He can be reached at (270) 362-8001 or at work at (270) 527-7005 or through e-mail at russteam@bellsouth.net. Other people to contact are Holly Harris, General Counsel and Major Donor Programs and Tim Janes, Political Director. They can be reached at (502) 875-5130 or through e-mail at holly@rpk.org and tim@rpk.org.

Contact them everyday until they agree to follow the rules they are supposed to follow. Please do not be vulgar when you contact them.

Posting this on an internet message board is a bad idea. It's going to generate a nasty response that will further alienate Paulites from the GOP.

The last thing you need are truthers calling up and accusing the K GOP of being New World Order Reptilians.

Handle your own business. Contact the local press.

We've tried. The local press treats us as people who are disrupting good people. The owners of our local press are big time doners to the GOP so they will not be on our side.

The GOP doesn't give a damn. I just hope people wake up and realize the only true way to deal with them is to leave them, and let them self-destruct on their own.

I do not think that mass calling those persons that you have listed will win you any points or gain any ground.

Is it possible to get all of the infractions of the counties, CDs, SDs, and state conventions documented and in one place. They should all be presented to the national credentials committee and any other committee that is applicable.

An article should be factually written and for the national press also. This will not bode well for the GOP to have all these factions of their party using such dictatorial tactics.

This kind of thing will not sit well with persons who are not of the GOP and interested in fair play. Above all do not do anything that can be made to make you look like anything other than a concerned patriot.

I know the GOP thinks the RP supporters are not playing fair.....even though we follow their rules.

We should continue to follow the rules and proceed with whatever recourse is available to us. This should not be allowed to pass without being challenged.

Anyone know who this should be addressed to? We have a lot of illegalities posted here on the forum. Maybe I should start a thread requesting that the posters repost them in one thread.
