I just ordered a copy off Amazon today. I didn't realize that it was just added. It's a bit cheaper on Amazon vs the mises website (where i first looked).

I just ordered a copy along with Imperial Hubris by Sheuer. Since I can't donate to the campaign directly (not a US citizen) I hope buying his book will be a small contribution to the most honest politician I've ever heard.
