So.... Why do primaries such as Iowa and D.C. show 97-98% reporting STILL?!

I don't contend that "election rigging" is occurring, but 2% is EXTREMELY inaccurate for a vote of such importance....

There is no "margin of error" nor "election rigging" by your own reasoning.
