Wow I hope this gets around.

I liked this part especially:

As if that was a proof that this was a good policy. Look at the crime rates there; murders in DC, gang violence in Chicago, etc. Seems to speak to the argument against the ban of guns to me.

Buy a rifle hand guns are useless .... Actually buy yourself a nice Saiga AKA assault shot gun that should be fine for home defense. I seriously don't understand the whole hand gun issue but on the other hand if they were outlawed criminals would still carry them.

So far as I have heard he has bodyguards. I believe he requested Secret Service back before or at the same time that he started running for president. I could be mistaken, but I tend to believe it. And yes you can bet they are armed. Asshole is a rather kind term for that man isn't it? He also wants to ban all semi-automatic weapons ( http://www.ontheissues.org/Gun_Control.htm I found a more upfront page at one time, but I can't find it now. That one still mentions it though.) which would not just ban most all handguns but the majority of .22 rifles as well, and many shotguns. Unless I seriously misunderstand him, which I doubt is the case. Even Hilary is not as anti-gun as him, from what I have read. Looks like she just wants to ban assault weapons (not that I think that is okay, just saying Obama is worse).
