They mention Ron Paul, mislabel him an isolationist; then admit our government is sold out to foreign interests.

"The only other presidential contender to tackle the issue thus far, albeit from an isolationist perspective, is Rep. Ron Paul of Texas, not a Republican front-runner but an interesting candidate who is pushing for America to end its "meddling" in the 50-year-old Arab-Israeli conflict and stop pumping money into the Middle East. While attractive, this view will never see the light of day, given the enormous lobbies and financial interests representing various Middle East constituencies in Washington inveighing for even more American involvement"

I think it's fairly positive. Maybe a few people will read this and decide they're not content with giving in to "enormous lobbies and financial interests."

It's definitely not fairly positive to say "will never see the light of day." "Modestly negative" might be better.

I didn't really mean that the tone of the article was positive, but that it might have a positive effect.

OMG!!!

this is precisely THE REASON why Paul is needed when people have the nerve to state that anything contrary to LOBBYISTS will NOT ONLY be rejected but that rejection will continue BILLIONS of dollars of loans that are DEFAULTED on by the Israelis and a plethora of other inappropriate "special treatment" for state sponsored terrorism.

the Israeli lobby touts that they are "all powerful" in D.C. to the point that there is MORE free speech against Israel within ISRAEL than here in the United STates....we are merely at their beckon call!! I suppose people should just consider that if a leader comes their way that upsets the "balance" that they'll just deal with him like a RABIN or Jack Ruby...

check out this and you'll really have to wonder about what exactly is going down with the "secret war".....
