Sorry, this is a bit off topic, but I need to get an idea out and this is the place to do it.

In NJ, the socialist Governor Corzine cooked up a scheme to "monetize" the NJ Turnpike, and sink many generations into perpetual debt by doing so.
It appears we have killed the idea, for the time being at least.
But what this scumbag is doing now is threatening to cut things like:
Police, hospitals, parks, etc Things to generate public outrage to force us to re-consider the turnpike idea.

So, this morning I emailed the Governor, applauding his courage in making the tough choices that need to be made, in order to secure NJ's future. I let him know that I support ALL of the cuts he has proposed and think he should make even MORE cuts.
This, I am sure is the opposite of the public outcry he is expecting.

As far as I am concerned, he could send every single state worker home permanently.

Start creating competing business so that if 'an aganecy'
has a purpose, then it'll survive as a business.

This is how we'll create a free market and drive prices down;
all while being able to de-regulate government.

Hunter

p.s. I like the strategy! :)

"I would just like to applaud Governor Corzine for his willingness to propose the unpopular but much needed budget cuts. Though the cuts in funding to the Dept of Agriculture, State Parks and Hospitals may result in public outcry, the fact that the Governor has made such proposals demonstrate to me that he is serious about cutting spending, and doing what needs to be done.
I would urge the Governor to consider even deeper spending cuts, the average NJ taxpayer has had enough and is quite willing to endure a decrease in state services in order to secure all of our financial futures.
Bravo Governor!" (you socialist pig ;))

Cut police, hospitals and parks? I don't have any problem with that :p I dare him! What is the government doing owning hospitals anyway?
