Just called the NCGOP.

They said he will be on the ballot, but that he WOULD NOT BE ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I asked why.

Isn't it kind of law that he be on the website? He's a viable candidate...they are leading people to believe he's not in it anymore.

Yes It is reportable to the RNC. All official GOP websites must be factual and represent all candidates on the ballot in each state.

Call and say you will contact the Republican Natinal Committee for providing deliberately false information on the site. It worked when I reported the LAGOP for not having rules posted on their site.

If McCain already won, then by that logic why even allow people to vote at all? :D Take them both off the site.

im on the phone with them now.... shes transfering me, she seems kind of freaked out...

ok now she got back on and said, i am not aware of any rules about this, and since John Mccain won the republican primary in missouri he is the only one listed, so I said According to the Republican National Committee your website is required to be factual and list all candidates on the ballot, she repeated what she said about not being aware of any rules so i said well I guess I will just have to report it to the RNC, she then said "fine you do that ma'm" and hung up on me

I wouldn't even waste my time with this as ncgop.org is an insignificant website with very little visitors.

According to Alexa.com ncgop.org has a ranking of 2,012,987 which means there are 2,012,986 websites on the entire internet that get more visitors than they do

http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/ncgop.org?q=

Compare that to ronpaulforums.com (ranking of 9,377) and ronpaul2008.com (ranking of 8,256)

no, let them break the rules and then file a real lawsuit and actually get something done. Then maybe they'll think twice about how they run things in the future. Let them blatantly break the rules and then we'll hit em where it hurts.
