Let us see. If I didn't intend it, but cut out their eye, I would have immunity,

Interesting pair of finds, Sarge. I have no major objection off the top of my head to the military having the same access to whatever directories as other prospective employers, though the threat of cutting off funding speaks volumes about how the government is now able to control our institutions of higher learning.

As for the concept of a memorandum from John Woo outweighing the Geneva Conventions, well, that I could say a great deal about. I suspect, however, that here this would constitute preaching to the choir. Thanks for the post.

I don't have a problem either on the same access as other prospective employers.

You are right on the cutting off funding.

I hear you on Woo. Same here.

You are welcome.

Yup,

It is depressing me that I am finding so many like that today.

This Country is out of control and the sheep sleep.

I'm beginning to wonder about that terminology. I'm sure it does us no good. I wonder if we would do better both in terms of intriguing visitors and putting us in the right mindset if we were to instead use Yamamoto's "sleeping giant" phrase.

For if we can fill them with a terrible resolve, we do know what they're capable of.

P.S. As you can see below, I found that thought striking.

I hear you.

I can go for the sleeping giant.

Anything to wake them up before it is too late.
