I think it might be time for an email bomb to FEC Commissioner David Mason, to explain what the hold up is with going after McCain. I dont care if they do not have a quorum, thats just a load of crap. Mr Mason warned McCain already that his withdrawal was not approved.

Email him and ask for an explanation, or to file a complaint. :D

This article actually lays out the predicate for McCain's defense, to wit: "Since he never actually received any FEC funds, he can withdraw with or without their approval."

Wish we were on the board of one of the banks he borrowed from. They could sue him for fraud for putting the matching funds up as collateral. No one else, really, can do much but the FEC or the states who put him on the ballot despite his not meeting their requirements...
