Wow. How better to drive the message home than to re-enact it in NYC?

Great work. Brave guys.

Yep, definately brave work. I'm very surprised you were able to do that. It's sad that there aren't enough people informed well enough to understand what's happening in Iraq.

Thank you for your service and demonstration.

This is a very sad commentary not only on the Iraqi occupation, but on the state of things in our own supposedly free country. Am I the only one who noticed that these Iraqi Veterans had to attempt to bring their message home with empty hands?

How sad it is that the very men who "defended our freedom" overseas, are disarmed when they are in the largest city in our country. That veterans should fear to show even mock weapons in a war protest is the saddest commentary that can be issued.

While you may be right, I like the way they managed to get there point across. Peaceful, well organized and High Impact.

An impressive effort, I agree. But the emotional impact if the men had been armed instead of pointing their hands would have been much larger.

The irony is that these citizens who were armed by our government in foreign lands are emasculated in the most powerful city in their own country.

I see the irony. Nonetheless, the fact they were even able to stage such an event in todays environment with or without arms is impressive. I think we need to see more action of this type.
