How much better would the US be if we had a proportional representative government? Am I missing something, or is this not by far the most democratic method to use. Having the % of the vote that you receive = the amount of seats in Congress, creating a multi party system and ridding us of this slavery of our two party system, sounds like a wonderful idea.
