Yesterday, we drove from Charleston, SC to Louisville, KY--620 miles/approx 10 hours--with "Honk 4 Ron Paul" painted on the rear window, and bumperstickers around the car.
We got about 10 enthusiastic honks--approx 1 per hour, on average.
Among these were:
A trucker;
A thumbs up on the winding I-40 through the mountains of Southern TN;
One "gimme" in the group--his car had "1-20-'09" and "War Is not the Answer" stickers on it.
I'm reserving any further analysis.
