Amit Singh is currently at his second fund raiser event. It started about 20 minutes from when I'm posting this and will end at 10:00 PM.

Never heard of him? http://amit08.com/

Anyway, he is less than 2k away from his goal and he will most likely get the amount tonight. But here's an idea: while he's busy over there, let's get him that money right now! I wonder if he'd come back from the event, raise a good amount... and then suddenly someone from his campaign says, "oh by the way, we already passed the goal." Hehe, I'm not sure if it works that way, but what do you say?

I'd have to say he has very good support over there in VA. Here was the intro to his first fund raising event a week ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D56qYRj0sjE

Maybe, but it's a common name.

Maybe, but it's a common name.

It's like a Smith, very common.

it'd be good to see a compromise between that video and a barrydonegan "fireside chat"

that format would probably work really well (for the candidate and viewer), and if short and sweet,
would make for a good youtube vid. to knock around.

or maybe a brief q&a or something like that...

just using some of the lessons learned so far.

things like the google interview were rp's biggest
hits, and always seemed to energize supporters
and help spread the word...

that sorta thing dominates on youtube, but for
individuals just starting out, something much shorter
would be in order.
