Representative Barney Frank Calls For Decriminalizing Small Amounts Of Marijuana

Rep. Barney Frank will soon introduce legislation to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana, the Massachusetts Democrat said during an appearance on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher.Frank offered no details on his legislation, and it's not at all clear that he could ever get it to the House floor for a vote. A Frank aide was unaware of his plans other than his statement on HBO.

He will soon get a midnight call from the Federal Drug Czar. Crazy though the Federal Government started a medical marijuana program with 30 people back in the early 80s. Seven of them are still alive today and still recieve marijuana cigarettes compliments of the Federal government until they die. All the while they havent even been studying if it works or not. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVRUpmlEXJ4 watch around 6:45.

Of course the Federal government does not want the general public to know this, as it makes them look somewhat hypocritical while they arrest grandma for using it to help her MS.

Does the performance of the act do one of the following:
1) Infringe on the LIBERTY of another person? NO
2) Infringe on the LIFE of another person? NO
3) Infringe on the PROPERTY rights of another person? NO

Then, the act should not be criminalized for no crime has been committed.

Should parents, friends, and members of the community persuade a person to not perform acts that are damaging to the individual's body and mind? YES.

Should laws be passed that are unconstitutional but seek to legislate morality for the good of the collective society? NO NO NO NO NO

Too bad he likes playing turd-burglar with teenage boys. Otherwise, I'd think he's a pretty cool guy.

Cool. Is he going to join the LP as well? LOL. I know he's more of a socialist, but this is good. I can't wait to get to smoke marijuana legally.

He talked about this on Bill Maher. He said he should call it the "Make Room for Serious Offenders Act"

Of course the Federal government does not want the general public to know this, as it makes them look somewhat hypocritical while they arrest grandma for using it to help her MS.

During a rally at the steps the Iowa Capitol, I had the pleasure of meeting three of these individuals, all from Iowa, who received Government cannibis from the Research Triangle before Bush Sr. shut it down.

One of them let me see her brand new tin, just like the one in the video. If I remember correctly contains 150 joints, rolled like cigarettes.

It's the ulitmate hyprocracy that they created a govenrment program to grow it and supply it to a small group of people, then arrest everyone else saying there is no medical benefit.
