This is the best I can do so far... Anyone care to work out the wording more so it's absolutely clear?

"the act of initiating an action which is harmful"

Edit: New : "the act of initiating an action which does or is intended to inflict harm"

behavior that is intended to cause harm or pain. Aggression can be either physical or verbal, and behavior is classified as aggression even if it does not actually succeed in causing harm or pain

# a disposition to behave aggressively
# a feeling of hostility that arouses thoughts of attack
# violent action that is hostile and usually unprovoked
# the act of initiating hostilities
# deliberately unfriendly behavior

I believe that's text-based aggression. It's often caused by using computers too often. If you're not careful, it could escalate into computer violence: see http://youtube.com/watch?v=boLq14Hmibg
