View Full Version : Please help the North Carolina Ron Paul Newspaper

Please forgive the duplicate post, I would like to also ask for help from outside of North Carolina. I am seeking contributions for printing 20,000 Ron paul Newspapers for the Triangle area, and another (I think) 30,000 for the rest of NC.

If you haven't seen this thing, you need to. It lays out the entire Ron Paul platform onto a single piece of newsprint. If we plan on pushing this movement forward in the future, then we need to distribute this piece of lit as far and as wide as we are physically able.

By exposing people to the platform NOW, even in the name of Ron Paul who can no longer win the nomination conventionally, we give ammunition to the Ron Paul Congress Project, and to those who will continue the fight for liberty by giving canvassers a memory to connect to in another 2 years, 4 years, 6 or 8 years.

The Ron Paul Newspaper is the best tool in the arsenal for BULK platform exposure, so please consider contributing now to the printing of this newspaper, and later to it's distribution.

Huh. It loads about 3/4 of the time when I click on it. I've been having real issues with Roadrunner the last month or 3 though. I usually wind up oading the page, to a blank page, then re-loading it to the widget.

still not working... You have the option to build a page with chip-in. I always used that to "host" my widgets...

Man my heart with you but your money with the official campaign. This campaign is sitting over +5 millions dollars. Why do not you drop them a letter?
Please if the campaign fails to respond to you like it always does, please vote to impeach it!

unknown, I know they were originally planning to help sponsor the paper, but later backed out, stating that they would have nothing to do with it. Beyond that I know almost nothing. I assume it's a McCain Fiengold thing.

Hey guys, we have only gotten $130.08 of the required $2,800 to bring the 50k newspapers into NC. The later they come in, the less effective they will be. How about lending a hand?

GunnyFreedom

Still at $130.08 of the required $2,800; with a total of six contributors. All together, this chipin has been up for a week now. Surely someone thinks it's a good idea to get platform exposure for the Liberty movement into North Carolina?

Many of us in NC donated to the causes to help get TV ads, billboards, newspapers, the blimp, and on and on in YOUR state so please return the favor.

The chipin is here (http://libertyline.blogspot.com/2008/03/chipin-for-north-carolina-ron-paul.html).

Oh wow! Thank you so much for taking us over the $1,000 mark! I'm really starting to get excited about this -- getting this paper into the hands of North Carolina folks is really gonna help wake people up!

Again, thank you so much!

Bump for platform exposure in a state with lots of delegates, and more than one Ron Paul Congress Project candidate

GunnyFreedom

50,000 of these in NC will not only help get votes fro Ron Paul in 2008, it will increase the platform exposure needed to help with the Ron Paul Congress project, and the liberty movement for years and years to come!

Hey man, thanks so much. I know it's especially hard right now to part with our hard earned FRN's, what, with all the craziness going down and coming up -- I just want to say thanks so very much. If you haven't seen one of these RP Newspapers, make sure and let me know so I can send you 1 or a few. These are exactly what we need for platform exposure. People will still need a canvass visit to wake them up, but this newspaper sets the tinder and stacks the logs so to speak.

In Tuscaloosa AL, when we got these things in, going around door to door after ward, people were waking up like sparks to dry grass. It seemed that once folks were exposed to the RP Newspaper, you just have to (metaphorically, of course) just touch them and they became supporters.

Thanks again!

Glen

The devil's aversion to holy water is a light matter compared with a despot's dread of a newspaper that laughs.
