Did the United Nations succeed in ending wars and bringing peace?

Answer:

No, it failed. Between 1945 and 1990, over seventy-five wars were fought around the world. Over one billion people were enslaved by communist governments, and more than forty million people were executed by Communists. Many people believe the United Nations actually helped Communism to spread.

I agree. And is is still helping to spread Communism or whatever you'd like to call it. It has many names...glabalism, NWO...etc.

The UN is NWO and has been since it origin. That also applies to the US Senate aborted League of Nations of the "Progressives" ( socialists ) in the 1920s.<IMHO>
