Don't know if any are aware but its well worth watching

Winter Soldier: Iraq and Afghanistan will feature testimony from U.S. veterans who served in those occupations, giving an accurate account of what is really happening day in and day out, on the ground.

Thanks.
We had few threads around already yesterday.
So it works.

I've been listening to this for the past 2 days. An endless stream of first hand war atrocity stories. RP should have this all read into the congressional record.

The Vietnam winter soldier, some of the testimony is very graphic (killing children for fun for example) but its worth watching.

Day 3 of this testimony-fest is in progress:

http://www.kpfa.org/

There must be at least 50 well spoken, repentant former U.S. legionaires who've testified. All 50 of them should be recruited to run for U.S. Congress as part of some kind of a Ron Paul/Dennis Kucinich Peace coalition.

I wish that instead of listening to Nevada Senator John Ensign cheer war crimes, that all 3,000 of those fascist pig Republicans at the county convention that I attended a couple of weeks ago could have been "put under custody" as they like to say and been forced to listen to these 3 days of eyewitness testimony to the war crimes that they've clamored to have established as policy and standard operating procedure of the U.S. Empire.

I wish we would get to hear Iraq vets talk about what they saw.

There are archives for many of the previous 2 days' panels already posted on kpfa:

Check out the Rules of Engagement panels for some good material to introduce as evidence at an impeachment trial, in case you know any sitting congressman who might be interested. The testimony seems to establish a top down directed criminal military system.
