Lets see Joe6pack buys 3bed2bath house for $340,000 whata killer deal for SoCal..lol
He goes 100% financing Interest only adjustable...His payment goes up a grand in one month at the same time he loses his job....he thinks he'll be able to sit in his house a year...but the bank aggressively forcloses...
No bids at auction
Banks list REO at 340k realtor reccomends 300k
3 months later bank goes to 300k, realtor reccomends 279k
Homeless move in break all windows, property boarded and graffitied
Investor offers 175k cash, bank accepts
