You want to give Fox your money? Regardless..major studios are not exactly in the habit of selling the rights to shows that are still on the air episode at a time, let alone one scene at a time.

You want the rights to that scene? You'll have to buy the rights to the entire series. And if you want to do that, you better hope that that billionaire that keep cropping up really does exist. Because it will take every penny that he has to buy the rights to The Simpsons. Rupert Murdoch will be happy to take your billions.
