I was trying to transcribe this as fast as I could:

Beginning of the second hour I believe. According to the site, the show starts at 12PM EST. Paul came on shortly after 1:00 PM EST (give or take a few minutes). I think they re-air the show beginning at 3:00 PM EST, which means he will be on just after 4:00 PM EST.
