Interesting, but disgusting....
Repub introduced amendment that would give any bill that raised taxes a 60 vote demerit - opening up the interesting possibilities of having a negative vote on a bill as well as another way to kill bills that were undesirable. Didn't pass (remember, Dem majority).
Dem introducing more pork
Repub introduces amendment that would kill most of Obama's 127 funding proposals - more than anyone else introduced in $$$ or in number of them - then votes against his own bill. It was unanimous against.
Dem introduces more port.
