We can call it 'American'. Yes, that is the point in that everyone gets the freedom to choose!
The mission statement is to unbind states that are bound so all of the people can help sign up and work towards that goal. Every state that is transformed and accomplished we can then check off that state. Maybe we can have a map of all the state's that are bound in one colour and when that changes we can put a quick summary and change the color so we can determine progress.Most of all this site can be a resource towards progress, rules and helping encourage people to learn information and do the right thing!
