Got a call about 30 minutes ago from my friend in Hawaii. She
was on her way to work and just saw a guy on an overpass waiving
a huge Ron Paul sign and she called to let me know about it!

She says she constantly sees Ron Paul signs and bumper stickers
around Honolulu at least.

Not sure how many Hawaiians we have on this forum, but GO HAWAII!!

Give me liberty

McCain has been winning everything! :)

He has mysterious supporters. No sign waivers. Very few if
any at all signs posted anywhere. No visible supporters at
rallies. But hey... at least they show up when it counts: Voting
time. I suppose... or it seems.. we are told so anyway.

Right, so it must be true! Wow, isnt it amazing how easily he wins. He does nothing, his supporters do nothing. wow. Following the mainstream looks so easy.

Wait... whose voting for him again?

. . . Wow, isnt it amazing how easily he wins. He does nothing, his supporters do nothing. . . .

McCain has made an entire career out of doing nothing . . .well sorta -
and besides, he can't exactly campaign in Hawai'i 'les he wants his malignant melanoma / haole skin cancer to flare up again.

I guess he has all the credentials needed by the mainstream media though . . .

(1) Born in the República de Panamá - (not the Canal Zone) i.e. on foreign soil in direct opposition to the framers of the U.S. Constitution to NOT have any President of these United States born on foreign soil, to prevent any unwanted foreign influences.

See: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/28/us/politics/28mccain.html

(2) Graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at 5th from the bottom of his class 894th out of a class of 899 midshipmen.

a solid C minus student he wasn't even "in the meaty part of the curve "and a show off, but not falling [B]too far behind.

"He did well in a few subjects that interested him, such as English literature, history and government.

Electrical engineering was the mandatory major, and the curriculum was dominated by mathematics and sciences courses that McCain had limited interest in and aptitude for.

He would later during a practice run crash his plane off the coast of Texas while attempting a landing
plopping instead into Corpus Christi Bay, although he escaped injury that time.

(3) In 1967, while showing off or playing a joke with his afterburners while in the cockpit of his plane parked on the carrier deck of the USS Forrestal, his plane caught fire and burned for quite some time - he eventually jumped on to the carrier deck and made it to sickbay, but soon the bombs exploded shooting all over the place with scrapnel started flying all over.

I have heard different accounts of how many sailors lost their lives tragically, but the aircraft carrier tower video/ film recorder footage has the whole thing from the beginning fire which clearly started in McCain's A-4E Skyhawk.

So "Johnny" McCain HAS done plenty - he has the experience ya' know . . .

He's a bona fide U.S. citizen but born on foreign soil and a regular class clown -
but an "American hero" we should be proud of ?

Nah, boot him on his sorry haole head IMHO.

Keep spouting that nonsense... if you paste it enough, it must be true.

The Forestal incident was caused by a rocket fired from another plane...McCain had nothign to do with it. His plane caught fire and he barely escaped. I have seen the video...spreading such things only makes us look like kooks.

We will know in May who Hawaii voted for. I think we had nearly enough delegates (240 some odd out of 500) to possibly get a majority at the convention.

Hawaii has a long caucus process, we will get results on May 16-17, for another idea of the support there (from- http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-presidential-candidates/primaries/states/hi/r/)

Ron Paul (http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-presidential-candidates/finance/candidates/ron-paul/)$56,598
Rudy Giuliani (http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-presidential-candidates/finance/candidates/rudy-giuliani/)$22,949
John McCain (http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-presidential-candidates/finance/candidates/john-mccain/)$21,716

We started our MU with 12 people and grew quickly after the 4th of July Sign - bomb and a little walking around the island of Oahu waving signs. We, also, made friends with the GOP and they had us join parades and man the "senior fair" booth where we passed out recipe cards with RP messeges on the back. I left in Oct to start my ride and won't be going back as there is more I can do here... While the establishment NeoCons are still a bother, the HI-MUs are working hard - making friends - making history and daring to win!!!
