Do these people even have 1st grade educations!?! This could never even be enforced. Our public officials have now completely hit the point of complete bufoon status. Where will the madness end?
Like any Vbulletin based (and many like it) websites would be by design ILLEGAL?

I wish we could make lawmakers illegal!

Will there ever be a limit on the number of laws of which we are supposed to not be ignorant of?

What is the number? Gazillion?

Just where do all of the laws reside? Is there a book we are supposed to memorize?

If ignorance is no excuse...

Does that lawmaker have front teeth?

-or-

They have the Internet in Kentucky? I thought they were still working on the telegraph network there!

-or-

Why does Kentucky bother with the Internet when no one can read?

and on and on. :D

Of course the early morning radio host idiot neo con was practically gushing at the idea.

ummm, we have reached a new level of stupid here.

Do they plan on forcing IP tracking (assuming you aren't using multiple dynamically encrypted proxies)? If so, they are going to require all ISPs to track and log every single data packet ever sent, then somehow sift through the billions of connections to find the relevant data, only to then tie it back to a single account on a single site (assuming they had access to that data as well)?

And what if I host my site in Australia. Then what? Can't enforce a damn thing.

This is dumb on so many levels it is like playing frisbee with a tree stump.

Oh noez! The internet is rife with child porn and terrorism. We have to regulate it!

LOL Most of these lawmakers probably just know their email boxes and some of the viagra and porn spam that enter. Another reason to limit the power of government in as many realms as possible.
