I have filed a treasure but I don't know what kind of account one is supposed to open at a bank to handle donations.

I have filed a treasure but I don't know what kind of account one is supposed to open at a bank to handle donations.

You will need to tell your personal banker that it is a campaign account, you will open a business acount with your social security number unless you have inc. your committee.
Your D.B.A. "do business as" account has to have your name in it.
Committee to elect brent sanders
Friends of Brent Sanders
etc.

you and your treasurer will need to be signers on the account.
