How about 2008? It probably still would have been 7% but it could have been the year that our country turned back to the Constitution, from whence it came - plus, it would have been more votes for our future president - Ron Paul! :cool:

Why is that number so low? Seems like extremely low turnout over all - what a shame there aren't just 10K people out of 1 million in RI who believe in freedom.
