WA Root is running in 2008?

Last time I looked at the website of Libertarian Wayne Allyn Root (a while ago), it said something like "1st Libertarian President in 2016!"

Then I look at it today and it says he's running for President here in 2008. When did this happen?

Looking at his "On the issues" page, he looks pretty damn good. Does anybody know anything about him? Is he legit or is he untrustworthy?

I like how he flat out says he will not win the White House in 2008 and that a natl movement is required to bring back libertarianism to America.

So what's the deal with this guy?
