View Full Version : Is there a 'march website' that isn't about Dr. Paul?

When I went to www.revolutionmarch.com I was disappointed
to see the video from Dr. Paul at the top of the page.

Just as Dr. Paul said, this isn't about him, it's about the message.
Here's a poll that has us in favor of 'the message' at 82%.

And for those who don't remember or didn't see it, there are
tons of benefits in not making the march 'about Dr. Paul'.
The biggest one being that we can get a few hundred thousand
to Washington if we make it about 'the message'; compared to
the 10,000 RP fans that would make the trip if it's centered
around Dr. Paul.

p.s. I love Dr. Paul and he stands for everything that I've been
wanting for 15 years now. And if we really want to make a
difference at the march, let's get serious and have a professional
site this isn't Ron Paul oriented.

Dr. Paul is the inspiration. And while the message transcends the man, there is nothing wrong with including him in the march, is there?

I've been working quietly and hard on a megasite for activism period.
We are finishing up the content structure and design, we should launch very soon.
I've been itching to talk about it but have been waiting till we have it complete.

Stay tuned!

I'm not sure of what you were getting at, but I agree 100%
that Dr. Paul should be included in the march.

But if we are to market this march to pro-lifers, gun-owners,
individual rights groups, etc... then we don't want to have
a video of Dr. Paul be the headline of the site.

We want it to be about 'Our Freedom March' or 'Our Revolution March'
inwhich Dr. Paul will be a guest speaker and will be able to get the
word out to hundreds-of-thousands who haven't heard it before.

Is that suppose to be a 'march site' that is
NOT centered around the good doctor?

Hunter I agree 100%. I posted something about this in the sub-forum on the march. We can do much better to have a broader theme to the march. Definately have to include the good Doctor as he embodies this movement, but we dont' need to have a "ron paul march" instead we need a "freedom march" or something like that.

We have a 'revolution march'. Look at the site again, it's not called a Ron Paul march. www.revolutionmarch.com And the video on it is in the "Buzz" section which is sort of like a section on "The latest News". It is fitting to have Ron Paul's latest video handing over the reigns of the March to the grassroots - don't you think?

Remember, while the message transcends the man, it was the man who brought and lives the message. The people want his leadership to be a part of this movement. I for one, can't wait for his book to come out: http://www.amazon.com/Revolution-Manifesto-Ron-Paul/dp/0446537519

Now that we have 20,000 people pledged for the march
(between the two march sites) I see nothing wrong with
adjusting the page so that it looks non-partison. :):):)

p.s. By upgrading it now, new peeps (outside of Ron Paul)
will see 10,000+ pledges and will wonder why they haven't
heard of it yet... They'll be signing up left and right!

Everyone is doing a great job, if we all come together and support each other the March in whatever form will be a success.

Our new website launch is coming very soon!
