Paul's libertarian stylings and campaign of strict interpretation of the Constitution has earned him an unorthodox band of sign-carrying supporters. They frequently interrupted TV reports of the event and at one point, Romney's Illinois chairman, state Sen. Dan Rutherford (R-Chenoa), ripped a sign out of one Paul supporter's hands and threw it on the ground.

Wow! I wish I had seen that. I think Illinios politics are just rough!

When we were marching in the of July parade, we were right in front of a Republican candidate for the Senate. He only had himself and his wife, and there were so many of us out there passing out stuff that sometimes members of our team ended up behind him. People thought he was with us, and he got really mad about it, to the point of shoving one of us out of the way.

Then he sneered some nonsense like "he doesn't have a chance,' which made my quick-thinking husband laugh out loud and say "Aren't you running against Durbin?"

Romney is running the Coach USA campaign, but can he pull that off on election day as well?
