No, he won't. He's sticking with it all the way.

Well, better to say independent than third party, but I agree. Hopefully, however, he'll decide to do it even before the march. If he is running as an indy, the march itself will be even more massive, guaranteed.

He should announce an independent run shortly before his book comes out. That would be ideal timing.

you mean like 10 million people? maybe if oil goes to $500/barrel, gold to $5000/oz, and people are looting and rioting all over the US and marhsall law is declared and 10 million ron paul supporters marched on washington.... then MAYBE he'd run.

Otherwise, NO he will not run 3p ;)

3rd party candidates have no chance. The Republican party is having an identity crisis and having McCain as their frontrunner will only deepen that crisis. Perfect time for the core to come back and support a True Conservative and get the Republican Party back to its original values and principles.

No, they aren't. The average mainstream Republican is still hiding under his bed in terror over Islamofascists, and is willing to rally behind McCain and any other neo-con scum just to keep the Democrats out.

Third party candidates have almost no chance, but independent candidates DO. Perot was close to winning, and would've had a real chance if he hadn't dropped out for a month. Ron Paul can do the same as an independent.
